Bryan College Launches New Ontario Registered Massage Therapist OSCE Exam Preparation Workshop

At Bryan College, as part of our commitment to student success and hands-on training, our massage therapy program has always included comprehensive preparation for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) certification exams. Now we’re excited to announce that we’re offering that same expert support to other massage therapy graduates needing preparation! 

Our RMT OSCE preparation workshop takes you step-by-step through all seven stations of the CMTO’s RMT OSCE exam and includes instructor-led drills to get you ready for test day. Unlike other preparation workshops, we offer two opportunities to take part in full mock OSCE exams — one for practice and one that is marked by seasoned RMT instructors with a personalized report on how you performed in each station, including strengths, weaknesses, and practice suggestions. 

We also go over strategies to help you prepare for the Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) exam and provide a full MCQ practice exam online that can be taken multiple times. 

RMT OSCE Preparation Workshop Details 

This workshop runs over three full weekends at our campus located at 1200 Lawrence Avenue West, North York, ON M6A 1E3. Classes are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day.

The first weekend includes general OSCE and MCQ information and orientation, and introduces students to station one, two and five.  

The second weekend covers stations three, four, six, and seven. 

The final weekend brings everything together. It includes full OSCE mock exams to get students comfortable with running all seven stations back-to-back, instructor feedback, and one-on-one evaluations for each station. 

Eligibility and Registration 

This workshop is designed for:

• Graduates of approved massage therapy programs who are looking for extra feedback and preparation before taking their exams 
• Graduates from approved massage programs who have been unsuccessful in their first or second exam attempts 
• Graduates from Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTCA) accredited programs outside of Ontario who are looking for training and guidance on passing the CMTO RMT examinations
